These workshops, which emphasize breathwork and include meditation practices, are offered periodically at our yoga Pacifica stud

Come explore your inner landscape using much of the '8 limbs of yoga' at one of our special InnerScape workshops. These workshops, which emphasize breathwork and include meditation practices, are offered periodically at our yoga Pacifica studio, in partnership with another local studio, or by request. More Ideas

Please note that I am currently only offering private or semi-private classes at my Pacifica yoga studio. I can accommodate up to 6 students in my home studio or can travel to your home or venue for any size class.


I want to make yoga and meditation accessible and fun for everyone, regardless of your ability or income. I work on a sliding scale so you pay only what you are comfortable with. Private or semi-private classes allow me to spend more time with each student. As a mobile teacher, my classes can take place in my home studio or any venue of your choice.
